Part One of my Year 11 Modern History Historical Investigation documentry, titled “Is Film A Valid Genre Through Which To Learn About History?” In this part, the introduction is a collection of archival footage and clips from the films that follow. I then explore the films ‘Titanic’ (1997) and ‘Rabbit Proof Fence’ (2002) and whether they are credible films to learn about history.
