never have these things left out in the open or you might catch non target species, they work for squirrels aswell, but you must use a tunnel with it, i love um’, simple, but efective!!!!!!!!!!!

  • By ard301, December 29, 2009 @ 8:28 am

i believe that its innovation not killing due to the fact that you are out smarting the animal giving you the right to take its life for your own killing is a natural part animals just have it differen’t from humans

  • By nra4ever4321, January 26, 2010 @ 8:23 pm

@Karletto555 actually most traps dont kill right away they just hold the animal

  • By odak24, February 10, 2010 @ 9:13 pm

thats dangerous if that thing gets your finger, i feel sorry for any one lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • By BigRiggers0109, April 19, 2010 @ 8:45 pm

Can you use these as a tunnel trap for rabbits?
And if so what dimensions should the tunnel be?

  • By gunner17722, April 20, 2010 @ 8:08 am

@BigRiggers0109 the mk6 is set in the burrow entrance , the mk4 can be used as a tunnel trap for rats , squirrels , stoats , mink etc

  • By BigRiggers0109, April 26, 2010 @ 5:57 pm

@gunner17722 Is that a legal requirement or a practical pointer? There are large numbers of rabbits on my land but the warrens are locate on other people’s so i was hoping to use those as tunnel traps, thanks for the reply but a bit more info would be v. helpful.

  • By gunner17722, April 26, 2010 @ 6:35 pm

@BigRiggers0109 in your situation the best option would be to either snare the rabbits , lamp them or longnet them , it`s not practical to use tunnel traps for rabbits
